Connective Services was established to provide structured, ethical, and reliable Support Coordination for NDIS participants, particularly those with complex needs or multiple service systems involved.
We understand that navigating the NDIS can be challenging, especially when circumstances change, services break down, or participants require higher levels of coordination and oversight. Our role is to support participants to implement their NDIS plans with clarity and confidence, ensuring supports are appropriate, safe, and responsive to their individual needs.
Our approach is grounded in strong systems knowledge and practical understanding of how disability services operate. We work collaboratively with participants, families, service providers, and allied health professionals to promote clear communication, continuity of care, and proactive identification of risks or service gaps.
By focusing on consistency, accountability, and safeguarding, Connective Services supports participants to maintain stability in their supports and make informed decisions as their needs and goals evolve.

Our work is guided by a clear set of values that inform how we deliver Support Coordination and how we engage with participants, families, and service providers.
We prioritise participant wellbeing and safety in all coordination activities. This includes maintaining awareness of risks, responding appropriately to changes in circumstances, and supporting coordination that aligns with duty of care obligations.
We are committed to ethical practice and transparency. We provide clear information, maintain appropriate boundaries, and ensure coordination is delivered in line with NDIS guidelines and participant expectations.
We value accountability in service delivery. Our coordination practices are structured and consistent, supporting continuity of care and reducing the risk of service breakdowns or miscommunication.
Effective coordination relies on clear communication. We work collaboratively with participants, families, providers, and allied health professionals to ensure information is shared appropriately and decisions are well-informed.
We respect each participant’s right to choice and control, while recognising that capacity and support needs may vary over time. Our approach adapts to individual circumstances and supports participants to engage with services in a way that is appropriate and respectful.

Christina has also been recognised as the City of Joondalup Community Citizen of the Year (2025) for her contribution to the disability sector and her commitment to improving outcomes for people with disability and their families.
