Connective Services delivers independent Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination for participants navigating complex, changing, or unstable environments.

This includes participants who:

• require structured support to implement their NDIS plan
• are engaging with multiple providers or service systems
• are experiencing service breakdowns, transitions, or safeguarding concerns
• require higher-level coordination due to complexity or risk

The approach is grounded in:

• structured coordination and clear communication
• proactive identification of risk and instability
• continuity across services and providers
• accountability in how supports are implemented

The focus is not only on connecting services, but on ensuring they are working effectively and sustainably in practice.

Connective Advisory

Connective Advisory provides independent, practice-based advisory services to disability providers.

The focus is on understanding how services are operating in real-world conditions and identifying where risk is being created through:

• decision-making in practice
• unclear roles and responsibilities
• breakdowns in escalation and communication
• misalignment between documentation and service delivery

Advisory services support providers to:

• gain clarity on complex or unstable service environments
• identify underlying drivers of risk and inconsistency
• strengthen structure, accountability, and decision-making
• improve sustainability and reduce organisational exposure

Work is delivered through structured review, analysis, and clear direction on what must change to improve outcomes.
